THE RELATIONSHIP OF HOST
CREDIBILITY, AND PROGRAM QUALITY TOWARD AUDIENCE SATISFACTION

ABSTRACT
Customer loyalty is very important for the company
to survive, so many companies try to develop loyalty program such as
advertising, etc. There two important factors those can be influenced the
successful of loyalty program, those are : host credibililty and program
quality. There for it is very crusial for the company to develop the host
credibility and to develop program quality. The host credibility can be
described as host that can be trusted, create positive image, suitable with the
product, has good personality, can influence the audience, and has a close
relationship with the audience. While develop the program quality can be done
by carry on the program which interesting, increasing the motivation, creating
positive image and can be trusted.
Key words : Satisfaction, host credibility,
program quality and customer loyalty.
