ABSTRACT
Customer loyalty is very important for the company to survive, so many companies try to develop loyalty program such as advertising, etc. There two important factors those can be influenced the successful of loyalty program, those are : host credibililty and program quality. There for it is very crusial for the company to develop the host credibility and to develop program quality. The host credibility can be described as host that can be trusted, create positive image, suitable with the product, has good personality, can influence the audience, and has a close relationship with the audience. While develop the program quality can be done by carry on the program which interesting, increasing the motivation, creating positive image and can be trusted.

ABSTRACT
Based on the activities, we can make a conclusion that the application of the weed trimmer machine has been producing a significant benefit in improving the quantity and quality of the  dairy cow foods. 
This can be justified as the indication of ‘gajah’ grass waste has never shown, which means that the utilization of this kind of grass has been fully maximized. As the effect of the increasing number of quantity and quality of cattle’s foods itself, the production of milk from the dairy cow has significantly increased.

ABSTRACT
In this era, competition is very tight  and economic activity has developed rapidly.  The business people are demanded to survive and be progressive in doing business.  Competition happens in both goods and service.  Jamsostek services given by KOPKAR KENDALI HARTA cover health care benefits, death, future insurance, and occupational accident insurance.  The purpose of this research is to find out the employees perception on Jamsostek services at KOPKAR KENDALI HARTA especially  on  health care benefits.
The method of colleting data are observation, interview, questionnaires, and literature review.  The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling, with 50 respondents.
The result of the research shows that the perception about the services consisting of tangibles with total score hopes (157) and perfomance (153) with IKP (97,45%), (158);(152) with IKP (96,20%), (154);(152) with IKP (98.70%), reliability with total score hopes (140) and perfomance (139) with IKP (99,29%), (146);(142) with IKP (97,26%), (149);(146) with IKP (97,99%), responsiveness with total score (148) and perfomance (147) with IKP (99,32%), (162);(152) with IKP (93,83%), (151);(148) with IKP (98,01%), assurance with total score hopes (160) and perfomance (155) with IKP (96,58%), (158);(154) with IKP (97,47%), (162);(153) with IKP (94,44%), and empathy with total score hopes (159) and perfomance (154) with IKP (96,86%), (160);(157) with IKP (98,13%), (163) (155) with IKP (95,09%).  The result from distributing questionnaires shows that the employee perception about jamsostek services especially on health care benefits is good because the majority of employees give positive perception on jamsostek services at KOPKAR KENDALI HARTA.

ABSTRACT
The main concern of this study is the Polytechnic Semarang, reduced productivity of students, characterized by an increasing number of students are not disciplined. The results of quality control activities Force Team (GKM) AN Department in 2012 has identified that the cause of the problem is, is a student and teaching staff. Therefore, this study proposes student satisfaction as an appropriate topic to be studied more deeply. Further research variables and indicators are also based on previous research. A model has been developed and three hypotheses have been formulated to address the research problem. The sampling technique was purposive and quota sampling method. Respondents from this study of 100 respondents, where respondents were students of the Polytechnic State Department of Administration Trade Semarang. Data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to 16.0 AMOS program. These results indicate the model data analysis and the results were well received. And further results of this study prove the influence of the role of teacher to student satisfaction in the study received a significant Polines is (H1). And affect the quality of life on campus Polines to the satisfaction of students studying in Polines is receiving significant (H2). And study the effect of student satisfaction in the student's commitment to Polines Polines proved significant (H3). Implications of managerial control studies showed either an indirect role in the student's commitment to Polines
